Shipping policy

Customer must pay for shipping which is subsidized by the company to offer the best rates possible. For long distance shipping customer must pay shipping insurance, based on product. A quotation can be offered upon request.

We strive to work with partners so as to not have shipping issues and package our product accordingly.

If there is visible damage to the outside of the package please document and send us a notification right away. If the item is damages upon opening please document and notify us right away.
